Personalize your business information and manage your logo by selecting the ‘Administration> Business> Business Information’ option from the Navigation Bar.
Business Information
1. Edit the information by clicking the ‘Edit’ button.
The following fields can be edited:
· Business Name
Your Company name. This name will appear on invoice and proposal reports. Enter your company name exactly as you want it to appear.
· Owner #1, #2
Business owners. These names are stored in your database and do not appear on any reports.
· Address, City, State, Zip Code
Your Business Address. This address will appear on invoices and proposals.
· Country
Select the appropriate country code from the list. This option is particularly important to determine which tax options are shown and or hidden.
· E-Mail Addr
E-Mail address if applicable.
· Web Page
World Wide Web site location. This information is stored in your database and appears on the Proposal of Service report.
· Work, Fax Number
Miscellaneous phone numbers.
2. Click ‘Save’ to Save the Data or ‘Cancel’ to rollback any changes.
Logos
Upload company logos that will be seen on proposals, invoices, and contracts . If only one logo is uploaded, it will be the default.
1. Click on the ‘Logos’ tab.
2. Click the ‘Add Logo’ button.
3. Enter in the path to the logo, or click the ‘Browse…’ button to locate the logo image you wish to use.
4. Click the ‘Upload Now’ button.
5. If there is more than one logo uploaded, use the ‘Set as Default’ link to set the logo you wish to be the default.
To delete a logo, click ‘Delete’ to the right of the appropriate image.
