Client Referrals

 

Sales Lead

How did this Client hear about you - or was referred to you? A client referral may be added on the Event level. Manage referrals under ‘Administration’.

 

 Adding a Referral

1.    Select the ‘Administration> Custom Lists> Update Referrals’ option from the Navigation Bar.

2.    Click the ‘Add New Referral’ button.

3.    Enter in the Referral name (Radio Ad, Direct Mailing, etc.).

4.    Enter in a phone number and note if applicable.

5.    Click the ‘Save’ button.

 

Adding a Referral to an Event

1.    Follow the ‘Event> Full Search’ option from the Navigation Bar.

2.    Select an Event by clicking ‘View’.

3.    On the ‘Main’ tab, click the ‘Edit Event’ button.

4.    Select a referral from the ‘Referred From:’ drop-down list, or click the ‘Quick Add New Referral’ button and follow the ‘Adding a Referral’ instructions above.

5.    Click the ‘Save’ button.

 

Editing a Referral

1.    Select the ‘Administration> Custom Lists> Update Referrals’ option from the Navigation Bar.

2.    Click the ‘Edit’ link next to the appropriate referral.

3.    Edit the appropriate information.

4.    Click the ‘Save’ button or ‘Cancel’ to rollback any changes.

 

Deleting a Referral

1.    Follow the ‘Administration> Custom Lists> Update Referrals’ option from the Navigation Bar.

2.    Click the ‘Delete’ link next to the appropriate referral.

3.    Click the ‘OK’ button to confirm the deletion.
