For each specific Event, record any phone calls or special notes. Unlike the Event notes, this section is meant to be more of a "diary" of the Event life cycle. For any contact manager note, a reminder can also be created.
Note: The Contact Manger can be accessed by any of the following ways:
1. Select the ‘Event> Contact Manger’ from the Navigation Bar.
2. The Event window: Click the ‘Contact Manager’ button.
Adding or Editing a Note
1. Click the ‘Add Note’ button or click the ‘Edit’ link to select an existing note.
2. Optionally select a ‘Salesperson:’ from the drop-down list.
3. Select a ‘Note Date:’.
4. Select a ‘Note Time:’ from the drop-down list, or enter it manually.
5. Enter the desired notes in the ‘Event Notes:’ area.
6. Click the ‘Save’ button.
Deleting a Note
1. Select a note to remove by clicking the ‘Delete’ link.
2. Confirm the deletion by clicking ‘OK’.
Printing the Notes
The notes are printed through the main report module. Refer to the topic Report Selection for more information on printing reports.
