Google Interface

 

Export your Events to your Google Calendar. The Google interface requires a Gmail account. If you do not have one, go to http://www.gmail.com/ and click the ‘Sign Up for Gmail’ link to create an account.

 

1.    Follow the ‘Event> Interfaces> Event Export to Google Calendar’ option from the Navigation Bar.

2.    Search for the Events you wish to export to the Google Calendar. Narrow your search by selecting an option from the ‘Exported?’ drop-down list. Refer to the topic Event Selection for more detailed information on searching for Events.

3.    All Events are checked by default. Uncheck any Events you do not wish to export.

4.    Click the ‘Export Selected’ button.

5.    If it is your first time exporting, you will be prompted to login to your Gmail account, otherwise Events will be exported to the account you used the first time you exported.

6.    The ‘Access Request’ screen appears.

7.    Click the ‘Grant access’ button to allow the third party connection.

8.    All checked Events will be exported, and you will be returned to the ‘Export Events to Google Calendar’ page.

 

Changing Export Email Address

1.    Click the ‘Change Export Email Address’ button.

2.    Login to Google with the email address you would like to export the Events to.

3.    The ‘Access Request’ screen appears.

4.    Click the ‘Grant access’ button.

5.    All checked Events will be exported, and you will be returned to the ‘Export Events to Google Calendar’ page.
