This feature allows you to import an existing list of clients using a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file.
1. Select the Clients> Import Clients From File option from the Navigation Bar.
2. Select Clients from the Type of data to import drop-down list.
3. Enter in the path name of the CSV file in the Select CSV file to import: box or click the Browse button to search for the file.
4. Check the Overwrite duplicate records box if applicable.
5. Click the Upload button.
6. A grid with the information from the CSV file will be displayed.
7. Select an option from the drop-down list for each field. (Business Name, Last Name, First Name)
8. Once all fields have been mapped out, click the Import button.
