The Navigation Bar extends the functionality of Total Party Planner while also providing many traditional windows-based program functionality.

Administration

Change Password

Security

User Permissions 

Administrator area used to grant/deny access to various modules throughout the application. For example, set a Login ID to NOT be allowed to view financial data. Refer to the help topic Login IDs and Passwords for more detailed information.

  Usage Audit

Choose this option to personalize your business information (name, phone, email, etc.) and logos. The information stored here is used to personalize your reports and perform business calculations.

Customize the way Total Party Planner handles default values (such as the status for a new Event), warnings, and other settings.

Taxing Rules

Calendar

 Month, Week, Day View

Use the Calendar feature to manage and print all of your Events from Inquiry to Closed using a Monthly, Weekly, or Daily view. Days set aside for occasions such as an office party can be blocked from booking. The Room Manager feature can be accessed from the Calendar. Client

 Import Clients from File

Import an existing list of clients using a CSV file. After uploading the file, this feature allows you to map out each field in the CSV file, i.e., "First Name", "Last Name", "Business Name", etc. Refer to the topic Import Clients for more detailed information. Venue

Room Manager

Visually manage booked rooms and Event times from the Room Manager. Refer to the topic Room Manager for more detailed information.

Other Event Items

 Events Pending Staff Confirmation

Set a warning for any Event on the books for the next X number of days (where X is defined by you) that have unconfirmed hired staff. Refer to the topic Events Pending Staff Confirmation for more detailed information.

 Events Pending Final Review

Set a warning for any Event on the books for the next X number of days (where X is defined by you) that have not been marked as having had a final review. Refer to the topic Events Pending Final Review for more detailed information.

 Pack List Association Summary

View and edit the pack list item associations. Refer to the topic Creating a Packing List for more detailed information.

 Pack List Service Style Association

Once an inventory item is associated to a menu or miscellaneous item, that inventory item will be packed on an Event - if the associated menu or miscellaneous item is being used for the event. Refer to the topic Creating a Packing List for more detailed information.

Contact Manager 

Track important phone calls related to an Event as it goes through the lifecycle of execution (Inquiry to Closed). Refer to the topic Contact Manager for more detailed information.

Current Event Pack List

Create a packing list specific to each Event. A piece of equipment can be associated with a particular Menu Item such as a cheese board with "Cheese and Crackers". A piece of equipment can also be associated with Beverages, Rentals, and Miscellaneous. Finally, a piece of equipment, like an apron, can be associated with all events – or ‘always pack’. Google Calendar - free online shareable calendar service. With Google Calendar, it's easy to keep track of all your life's important events – birthdays, reunions, little league games, doctor's appointments.  Bulk Update Costs
