Room Manager

 

The Room Manager lists all the available Rooms and associated Event(s) assigned to those rooms. The graphical representation of a day will help immediately identify room bookings.

 

The Room Manager can be accessed from the following options:

1.    From the Calendar page, click the ‘Room Manager’ button.

2.    From the Event page, click the ‘Room Manager’ button.

 

The date can be changed in the search frame at the top of the screen. Check ‘Show Cancelled Events’ if applicable. Click the ‘Search’ button to apply the change.

 

On Premise Venue Type

1.    Select ‘On Premise’ from the ‘Venue Type:’ drop-down list.

2.    Click the ‘Search’ button to apply the change. All available rooms (and sub rooms) in your facility are listed on the left. Events span the Room manager by room time in and time out.

Off-Premise Venue Type

1.    Select ‘Off Premise’ from the ‘Venue Type:’ drop-down list.

2.    Click the ‘Search’ button to apply the change. The off premise view lists venues (deliver to) and Events rather than Rooms.
