Export your Event information and staff to StaffMate Online.
From the Event level:
1. From the Event, under the Hire Staff tab, click the Send to StaffMate link. This option exports staff that you have hired in Total Party Planner for that Event. If times and titles do not match correctly, you will be prompted to schedule those shifts manually.
From the Navigation Bar:
1. Select the Event> Interfaces> Event Export to StaffMate option from the Navigation Bar. This option allows you to schedule shifts manually.
2. Find the Events you wish to export by using the Search criteria. Select an option from the Exported? drop-down list to narrow your search. Refer to the topic Event Selection for more detailed information on searching for Events.
3. Select the Event you wish to export by clicking the Export link.
4. Click the Continue button, if prompted, to send the information.
5. The StaffMate online window will appear.
6. Review the StaffMate online information, make any changes, and click the Verify Event Info button at the bottom.
7. Enter in scheduling requirements. Add shifts as required by entering in the information and clicking the Add These Shifts button.
8. Once all shifts have been added, review them at the bottom, and click the Verify & Finalize Event Addition button.
9. Close the StaffMate window, and if the staff was exported successfully, click the Yes button, otherwise click No. Try exporting again if the attempt was unsuccessful.
