We have had TPP since last July. Initially we purchased the desktop version and loved it. However, there were certain things that we desired as time went on and we learned that with the web version you receive automatic updates to the program. We also decided we wanted the luxury of the flexibility to be "in the field", on holiday or somewhere other than the office and take care of business. Each time I have spoken to anyone involved with the company they have been very polite and informative. I would recommend this program due to its easy learning curve, flexible report system, etc. We have not utilized all of the components to the fullest, particularly the kitchen inventory and menu & recipe aspects.
